Join us for free concerts in the park every Thursday from 5:30-7:30 p.m., Buckley Park – Main Avenue, between 12th and 13th street.
Launched more than 10 years ago with a goal to bring the Community Concert Hall at Fort Lewis College “off the hill,” Concert Hall @ The Park offers an opportunity for community members to enjoy live music, free of charge, in a relaxed environment in Buckley Park. Each week, it’s a different music genre as the Concert Hall presents professional artists who LOVE coming to Durango and performing for our community members. Bring your camp chairs or blankets and relax on Buckley’s expansive lawn and revel in the music – or get up and dance, as an organic “dance floor” is always available in front of the band stage. Food purveyors are on hand for light noshes, but attendees are encouraged to bring their picnics and have a leisurely time hanging out in the park on these warm summer Thursdays – and enjoy listening to great music. Furry friends are welcome, but keep them in check.
